Once we receive and process your request, we will contact you to confirm your accommodation in the desired period. In the absence of free rooms, we will make another offer according to your possibilities and leisure.
Reservation is deemed to be confirmed when a deposit of 50% of the total amount is paid which is not refundable in case of impossibility to use the service. We expect payment from you within 48 hours after sending our e-mail (unless otherwise agreed or agreed between the parties). The balance of the amount of your entire reservation is payable on the day of check-in.
IMPORTANT: Upon payment of the preliminary deposit, your reservation is considered valid and final CONFIRMED. You will receive confirmation at your e-mail and/or telephone number. If a deposit is not paid within the specified 48-hour period, the reservation is automatically canceled.
As we know things happen in life, therefore you may need to cancel your reservation. In such case you can contact us and let us know about your plans.
You can cancel the reservation you made in one of the following ways:

3. Contact us by phone (must be accompanied by e-mail)
1. Reservation is confirmed when a deposit of 50% is made within the regulated times.
2. You have the right to cancel your reservation in 14 days before arrival. In this case you will get a refund of the paid deposit.
3. Cancellation fee is applied when a reservation is cancel in less than 14 days before arrival.
The Villa Valentines team reserves the right to cancel confirmed and paid reservations in case of forcemajeure and other reasons beyond our control. In these cases, we will offer you accommodation for another period (subject to the same terms and prices) or we will refund your deposit within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt of a written request to do so by the tourist, of the same.

If you have questions that you can not find on our website, you would like to make a request regarding your planned stay or if you would like to make a direct reservation, please do so by using the contact forms listed in the Contacts page.
We look forward to each guest with an eagerness and desire to provide him with the conditions for experiencing an unforgettable, exciting and emotional vacation. Accommodation at Villa Valentines is done by presenting personal documents certifying the identity of the guests. The data you provide are protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the normative acts regulating the protection of information and are processed only in connection with the fulfillment of the established requirements under the Law on Tourism. This personal information will only be used in connection with your reservation and will not be made available to others and for other purposes (exceptions are law enforcement agencies or other representatives of state institutions that have the right to request personal data).
Standard check-out times are until 10:00 and check-in after 14:00. If your decision is to take your time with a walk through the city or make a short visit to one of our beautiful beaches, we will provide a convenient place to store your luggage. Reservations are kept until 20:00 on the day of arrival. If you are late, we expect you to notify us in advance so that we can ensure your normal reception.
Some rooms have the option of one child's free accommodation.
The possibilities are for a free of charge baby travel cot for children up to 3 years old or an extra foldable bed for children from 3 to 10 years old, which cost 10 BGN per day.
Baby travel cot is only available upon request, which has to be confirmed in advance by the Villa Valentines team.

All prices published on the web site are in Bulgarian Lev per person per night for the indicated period of time and for a minimum of two nights. Prices include: cable TV, wireless internet and toiletries. The prices also include a tourist tax.
For single nights the prices are negotiated depending on the load of the villa and the season.
Making a holiday reservation at Villa Valentines automatically means that the management of the villa and the client enter into a specific contractual relationship. In order to create conditions of fairness and security, we offer you to familiarize yourself with our terms and conditions. The act of making a reservation for a given period means that you accept the general terms and conditions detailed on our site.
In observance of the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, we are obliged to inform you that every client using our services should be of the age of 18 (eighteen) years of age. Children are only allowed if they are accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives.
The Villa Valentines team is obliged to provide the customer with the full amount of the requested and paid services as follows:
1. Not to change the price of the services paid by the client, except in exceptional cases where it is economically justified and the client is informed in advance of the changes (by phone and e-mail).
2. The owners of Villa Valentines are not liable for damages caused by third party actions.
3. All claims related to the quality of the services have to be made by the customer on site at the villa. The villa team will ensure that they are corrected within a maximum of 24 hours, depending on their nature.
4. Amounts for requested or not used wholly or partly by customer's fault are not refunded and the owners of Villa Valentines do not owe any damages to them.
5. Any additional service not provided in the attached information on the site is charged extra (transfer, excursion, dinner, etc.).
6. The Villa Valentines team is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, as well as for damage caused by third parties.
7. By making a reservation, it is considered that the client accepts these terms and assumes the responsibility to comply with the generally accepted standards of good behavior during his / her stay with us. In case of damage to property, the client is liable to pay the damages in double amount. For this purpose, we would ask you to alert you in good time for any visible defects or damage, even during the check-in. Otherwise, we will assume that the damage / damage was incurred during your stay.
8. The owners of Villa Valentines are not responsible for persons under the age of 18 (children) left unattended. In order for your stay to be pleasant and peaceful, we ask you to take care of your children! Making love and attention always warms the child's heart!
9. The Villa Valentines team reserves the rights to modify the site's information and general terms and conditions.
